1. How can I place an order with bits.of.treasure?
Ans: Simply fill up our order form, or email us at [email protected] with the subject heading <Order Form>.
Include the following:

CONTACT NO (hp preferred):
MAILING ADDRESS:
ITEM CODE & COLOUR/NUMBER (if applicable):
QUANTITY:
MODE OF POSTAGE: [NORMAL/ REGISTERED] / [MEET-UP/SELF-COLLECTION]
You will receive a confirmation email within 48hrs regarding your order before payment is to be made (please refer to order form for more information on payment).
2. Are prices inclusive of postage?
Ans: Yes, items are inclusive of free normal postage. Alternatively, you may contact us through our Contact Form or email if you wish to know the amount for postage before purchasing.

3. What is the currency used?
Ans: All prices stated here are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For overseas orders, we will be most willing to help convert to the currency you're familiar with. Postage charges will also be advised at the same time. Just drop us an email at [email protected] or simply fill up our Contact Form.
4. Are there any discounts given if I purchase more?
Ans: There will not be any discounts given for any of our items. Our prices are fixed and strictly no bargaining is allowed. However, supply prices will be provided for purchase of more than 10 items. Please email us at [email protected] or fill up our Contact Form for supply prices.
5. How are items mailed out?
Ans: All items will be mailed through SingPost. For fragile items, bubble wrap will be used to prevent breakage. Please see our Terms & Conditions below for further information.

6. Does bits.of.treasure do meet-ups/self-collection?
Ans: Yes we do.
Meet-ups are only available to our convenience. Please email us at [email protected] for more info.
Self-collection can be done at Blk 618 Yishun Ring Road #01-3236 Singapore 760618. We will contact you once item is ready for collection.
7. When will I receive my item after payment?
Ans: For instocks, all items will be sent out within 3-6 working days once payment is confirmed. Pre-orders/Spree items will take about 2-3 weeks. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions below for further information. A final email confirming delivery will be sent to you after your item has been sent out.
8. Are all your items 100% genuine/authentic?
Ans: Yes, all our items are 100% genuine/authentic unless the item is labelled as an Inspired piece. All are sought from reliable suppliers and bits.of.treasure online store always believe in maintaining the quality of 'treasures' sold here. If you encounter any problems from the item you received from us, please contact us and we will assist you as much as we can.
9. How can we be updated for new arrivals, promotions, etc in bits.of treasure online store?
Ans: You can join our Treasure Hunter List (Mailing List). Just email us at [email protected], with the subject heading <Treasure Hunter>. Alternatively, you can fill up our Contact Form with <Treasure Hunter> under the comments section. You will then automatically be included in our mailing list and the first to receive our latest updates, promotions & Treasure Hunters Only Special Deals!
